Facets of the law important for educational and social service professionals who have frequent contact with students in a client capacity. Emphasis on such topics as civil liberties, due process, classification, compulsory attendance, school exclusion, regulatory provisions for the handicapped, and legal claims to the fulfillment of educational needs.
